1.3 For customized or personalized items, cancellations will only be accepted within one hour of placing the order, as these items are specially made for you.

2.1 If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please report it to our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service team will review the complaint and make an appropriate decision based on the situation.
2.2 if a refund is approved by VIVISARA RETAIL PRIV, it will be processed within 7 days.
2.3 Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.4 If the refund cannot be processed to the original payment method, we may provide an alternative refund method based on the situation.
