Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
To become eligible for a return or an exchange:
- The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- The item must have original packaging.
- If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, you may request an exchange. In this case, the item will only be exchanged if found defective or damaged after a quality check by our team.
2. Exempt Products
Certain categories of products may be exempted from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.
3. Return/Exchange Process
For accepted return or exchange requests:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of the returned/exchanged product.
- If the return or exchange is approved after a quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item passes the quality check. This will be completed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the item.
